Absolutely. Many of our authors are publishing their first book–that’s why fostering a collaborative relationship is so important to us.
Not necessarily. While many authors submit completed manuscripts, we also work with authors earlier in the process through coaching and manuscript development.
We review all submissions carefully and select projects that align with our publishing standards and goals.
Your manuscript is first reviewed and evaluated by our publisher and managing editor. Once we've determined that the project is a good fit, we work with you to develop a publishing plan tailored to your book and goals. From there, your manuscript moves through editing, design, proofreading, and production before being prepared for print and ebook publication. Throughout the entire process, you'll work with a dedicated Project Manager who guides you every step of the way, making the publishing experience collaborative, transparent, and rewarding. Once your book is ready, we distribute it through major retailers and support your launch with add-on marketing and promotional services based on your goals.
Most publishing packages include project management, editorial services, cover design, interior page layout and formatting, ISBN assignment, print and ebook production, distribution setup, and guidance throughout the publishing process. Additional services may include illustration coordination, indexing, audiobook production, publicity, and marketing support.
Depending on the manuscript's needs, we offer developmental editing, line editing, copyediting, and proofreading. We’ve also matched authors with book coaches and ghost writers when those services were needed or desired.
Timelines vary depending on the project, but most books move from manuscript to publication within several months, depending on editorial requirements, author revisions, and production schedules. We’ll outline a clear timeline during the proposal phase.
