Emily Start Acheson
Emily Start Acheson is a teacher, artist, writer, builder, traveler, wife, and mother of three amazing kids. She earned a BA in education from Northern Michigan University and a master’s degree in education from the University of Minnesota. Emily has spent much of her life working with young children. When she is not in her studio, she enjoys adventures in the outdoors and time with family and friends. Heart People is her first book, demonstrating through humor the simplicity and truth of living life from the heart.
